VEGAN / GLUTEN FREE STATEMENT:  The Cooling Rack Bakery is NOT an allergen free kitchen so we cannot guarantee against cross contamination.  Our vegan/gluten free items are made in the same facility as our other items that contain common allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, nuts, etc.  Our Vegan/gluten free menu is also produced on the same equipment as our regular menu.  We recommend customers with severe food allergies err on the side of caution.
